How to order/enquiries

Indicate the following details in your order:

1. State the heading, 'Mystic Order'
2. Name
3. Mailing address
4. Item code, size, colour, length etc.

An acknowledgement email will be sent to you for your confirmation of the order(s) together with the payment details.

We will proceed to place the order once payment is made.

Mystic Terms and Conditions

1. All items are in pre-order basis.
2. Payment by ATM fund transfer.
3. Orders will be placed once payment received.
4. No refund once payment is made.
5. Delivery in 1-2 weeks time
6. Please indicate the correct mailing address in your order.
7. Postage fee will be imposed separately.
8. Once item is sent out, Mystic Closet will not be liable for any lost or damages.
9. There may be a slight difference in colour, design & size as shown in the pictures. But we are committed to deliver the best quality product to your satisfactory.
10. Please note that the Button Earrings have thread hole on it but it will not affect the appearance of the earrings.
